Juices
100% juice is juice, by certificate, that has been added as much water to the concentrate as has been taken out. Concentrate is dry ingredient from what the juice is made of. Nectars
Largo is the only enterprise in Estonia to produce functional nectar enriched with vitamins, mineral nutrients and fibers or in other words enhanced juice products. Largo has brought to the market magnesium-enriched grape nectar, which is good for the heart. Inulin was added to plum nectar to promote better digestion. Vitamin-enriched peach nectar is good for immune system and multi nectar with B-group vitamins for nervous system.
Juice drinks
Juice drinks have even lower juice content than nectars. This means that based on content, juice drinks are on third place of the list. Juice content in juice drinks should be at least 10%. The remaining parts are water and various additives. Juice drinks can be compared with home-made lemonades. Compared to previous two product groups, the biochemical composition of juice drinks has the lowest value. Recipes often include sweeteners and thickeners that give the feeling of fruit pulp in the product, and acidity regulators, various flavourings, anti-oxidants and other additives.
